Whether your experience was beautiful, unexpected, challenging, or a mix of everything—birth changes us. And yet, after we give birth, we’re often expected to just move on. But the story stays with us.

This 90-minute virtual writing workshop is a gentle space for moms to slow down, reflect, and process their birth experience through journaling and guided prompts. It’s pre-recorded, so you’ll be able to work through the writing prompts and tell your story, on your own time.
